Business Development and Sales Consultant

We are looking to hire a Business Development and Sales consultant.


Because we are a technology business, you need to be comfortable working with tech yourself. However we are also in the business of people, where relationships are key. So you need to be a good communicator, who is a strong relationship builder and possesses high levels of emotional intelligence.

As a member of our Growth Team, you would need the following attributes:

It is essential that you have a minimum of three years’ of validated success working within either the real estate rental industry or within a business-to-business SaaS sales context.


While we are living in a new and exciting digital age, when it comes to sales, the phone is still your most powerful tool. So we need people who are keen to get on the phone and make things happen.

We also operate in a highly relational industry and therefore we would need you to establish, nurture and grow business relationships over extended periods of time.

Ultimately you would be expected to make a significant contribution towards us achieving our business growth and profitability objectives, through the acquisition of new customers.


You will get to work with a great group of people, who are doing cool things. Whether you’re working on a big project by yourself or working across multiple departments, you will be solving meaningful problems daily, with no two days ever being the same.

We have a beautiful office, located in the leafy suburb of Newlands in Cape Town. We offer remote working, and believe in the benefits of having flexible working hours.

You can expect to earn a monthly salary in the range of R 25,000 to R 35,000 (skills and experience dependant), plus commission.
