- Reporting to: Chief Customer Officer
- Managed team: 3–5
- Responsible for: Prospecting, sales and account management
- Location: On site in Newlands, Cape Town
We are looking for a high-energy producer who thrives in building out team processes, managing growth funnels and improving conversion efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of five years experience in customer-facing management roles
- Complete fluency, and written competence in English
- Demonstrable process management: ownership of sales funnel or similar
Experience in property or real estate management a plus
