The role

Enable our team to deliver on conversion targets, business development, process management and growth targets.

  • Reporting to: Chief Customer Officer
  • Managed team: 3–5
  • Responsible for: Prospecting, sales and account management
  • Location: On site in Newlands, Cape Town

We are looking for a high-energy producer who thrives in building out team processes, managing growth funnels and improving conversion efficiency.

The requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. Minimum of five years experience in customer-facing management roles
  3. Complete fluency, and written competence in English
  4. Demonstrable process management: ownership of sales funnel or similar

Experience in property or real estate management a plus
