We build payments and rental management systems that enable property professionals and business owners to securely, beautifully and efficiently execute on creating value. The role

Enter into the world of data and client relations at the intersection of technology and real estate. Work cross-functionally with both front- and back-office teams as we deliver on our payments solution to clients across the country.

  • Reporting to: Customer Exoerience Manager
  • Responsible for: KYC data capture, lease book data capture, account and
    lease activiation, training and business reviews, product feedback and support

Location: On site in Newlands, Cape Town

We are looking for a team player with a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

The requirements

  1. Must be proficient in G-suite and Microsoft products
  2. Complete fluency, and written competence in English

Experience in CRM systems a nice-to-have.
